Apt Creations is a unique charitable enterprise founded in St. Albans in August 1998, by The Camphill Village Trust. It is comprised of a gallery at 39 Catherine Street and a studio at 42-46 Adelaide Street.

The studio produces beautiful handmade goods for sale. These include pictures, handmade and printed greeting cards, wedding stationary and woven articles including tapestries, cushion covers, rugs and tabel runners. The Studio Team includes people with learning disabilities and mental health problems.

The products of the Studio are sold at Apt Creations Gallery alongside goods from other Camphill Centres. A popular area of the Gallery is the Boutique selling ladies fashion and contemporary jewellery. We also stock a wide range of beautiful items from all over the world, including seasonal gifts and decorations.

The Gallery provides a warm and friendly environment within which the customers finds reasonably priced, unique goods and where staff gain valuable social and work exprerience.
